ABOUT STUDIOWAGLE

A life-long resident of the South Hills and graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, artist Ken Wagle is a member of the Society of Sculptors, Pittsburgh Watercolor Society, South Arts,and South Hills Arts League.

Since his early years he has created and sold art from his repertoire of genres which include woodcarving (especially Santas, eagles, and figureheads), scrimshaw, nature photography, sketching and painting.

One will never see Ken without one of his numerous sketchbooks. Some are filled with sketches of passengers on the South Hills Village T; others hold drawings of animals, mystical creatures, Santas created from his imagination, scenes from nature walks, and designs for sculptures.

Ken lives in Bethel Park with his wife, Kathy. They have four grown daughters.
